Biography
Zachary Galler, also credited as Zack Galler, is an American cinematographer based in New York. He began his career in the camera and lighting departments before working as a director of photography on features and series.
His early feature credits include The Sleepwalker (2014) and She's Lost Control (2014), the latter of which received the C.I.C.A.E. Award at the Berlin International Film Festival. Subsequent work encompasses Piercing (2018), The Grudge (2019), and series such as Manhunt (2017), The Act (2019), The Girlfriend Experience (2016–2021), Dr. Death (2021), Lessons in Chemistry (2023) and Extrapolations (2023).
Galler received a Primetime Emmy nomination for his work on Lessons in Chemistry. He has served as cinematographer on Palm Royale (2025–2026) and Your Friends & Neighbors (2025–2026).
