Biography
Aacharee Ungsriwong, also credited as Aacharee 'Ohm' Ungsriwong and formerly Machima Ungsriwong, is a film editor based in New York. She began her editing career in 2010 as an assistant editor to Lee Chatametikool on Hi-so (directed by Aditya Assarat) and Uncle Boonmee Who Can Recall His Past Lives (directed by Apichatpong Weerasethakul).
Her first feature as editor was In April the Following Year, There Was a Fire (2012). Subsequent credits include By the Time It Gets Dark (2016), Krabi, 2562 (2019), The Mountains Are a Dream That Call to Me (2020), Familiar Touch (2024) and episodes of the series Pachinko (2022 and 2024). She has also edited numerous short films and commercials. Ungsriwong holds a BA in Filmmaking and Philosophy and an MSc in Financial Investing and Risk Management.
