Biography
Aaron Wolff is an American actor and musician. He is known for his role as Danny Gopnik in the Coen brothers' film A Serious Man (2009).
Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Wolff had no prior professional acting experience before the film. He appeared in school productions including Peter Pan, The Wizard of Oz and Bye Bye Birdie. He lived in London from 2000 to 2005, attending University College School and the Royal Academy of Music. A cellist, he has performed on the radio programme From the Top and plays in a rock band with his brothers.
The ensemble cast of A Serious Man, including Wolff, received the Robert Altman Award at the 2010 Independent Spirit Awards.
