Biography
Abigail Pniowsky is a Canadian actress. Born in Winnipeg, she made her screen debut at the age of five in the 2014 television film The Gabby Douglas Story.
She is known for playing 8-Year-Old Hannah in the 2016 film Arrival, Young Kelly in The Midnight Man (2016), Maddie in He's Out There (2018), and Lily Painter and Margot (age 5) in the series Channel Zero (2016–2017). She also appeared as Lake Sadler-Greene in Ten Days in the Valley (2017) and Talulah in The Rest of Us (2019).
Her older sister Anna Pniowsky is also an actress. Later credits include the role of Max in the series Me (2024) and Oli in the film American Baby (2025).
