Biography
Adam Chase is an American television writer and producer. He attended Northwestern University in Chicago, where he studied theatre and performance studies before graduating with honours. His first writing job in television came after working as a production assistant for James L. Brooks.
Chase worked on the NBC sitcom Friends from its first season in 1994 through season six in 2000, contributing as a writer, story editor, executive story editor and in various producing roles across 140 episodes. He received three Primetime Emmy Award nominations for Outstanding Comedy Series for his work on the series. He later served as co-executive producer and writer on the CBS series Mom.
