Biography
Adam Gopnik is an American writer and essayist. He has been a staff writer for The New Yorker since 1986, contributing non-fiction, fiction, memoir and criticism.
Gopnik played himself in a scene opposite Cate Blanchett in the 2022 film TÁR. He has also appeared as himself in documentaries and television programmes, including Invisible Essence: The Little Prince (2018) and The New Yorker Presents (2016).
