Biography
Adelfa Calvo Soto is a Spanish actress born on 5 April 1962 in Málaga. She trained in theatre in Madrid and began appearing in television and film in the 2000s.
She is known for her long-running role as the servant Rosario in the series El secreto de Puente Viejo (2011–2017) and for supporting parts in films including Biutiful (2010), Marshland (2014), The Motive (2017), Parallel Mothers (2021) and God's Crooked Lines (2022). She received the Goya Award for Best Supporting Actress for her performance in The Motive.
Calvo has also appeared in series such as Money Heist (2017), Toy Boy (2019) and A la deriva (2026). She is the granddaughter of the singer La Niña de la Puebla.
