Biography
Agnès Delahaie (also known as Annie Dorfmann) was a French film producer and actress. She produced Gervaise (1956), for which she received an Academy Award nomination for Best Foreign Language Film, Pickpocket (1959) directed by Robert Bresson, The Trial of Joan of Arc (1962) also directed by Bresson, and other films including Young Girls Beware (1957) and The Second Twin (1966).
She began her career as an actress, appearing in Justice Is Done (1950) and Three Women (1952). Delahaie was the widow of producer Robert Dorfmann and worked as a producer both with and independently of him. She died in Paris on 8 December 2003.
