Biography
Ajani Jackson is a writer and producer. He grew up in a mid-Michigan college town and graduated from the University of Kansas before earning an MFA in screenwriting from Columbia University.
Jackson has contributed to Law & Order (1990) in multiple capacities from 2023 onwards, including as writer, story writer, teleplay writer, story editor and executive story editor; he later served as co-producer on the series. His other credits include the short films The Storyteller (2009), Tobacco Burn (2014) and Scrimmage (2017), and the video game Ghost Recon: Breakpoint (2019). He is developing the drama series Cointelpro with Leon Hendrix III.
