Biography
Akemi Yamaguchi is a Japanese actress and voice actress. She was born on 23 November 1946 in Osaka Prefecture.
She is best known for voicing Auntie in the Studio Ghibli animated film Grave of the Fireflies (1988). Her earlier film credits include a role in Under the Blossoming Cherry Trees (1975). She has also appeared in live-action films and television series from the 1970s onwards.
