Biography
Al Thomas was a Scottish-born actor who worked primarily in Australian film and television. Born in Glasgow in 1915, he appeared in supporting roles from the 1940s onwards.
His film credits include Eureka Stockade (1949) as Scobie and Wake in Fright (1971) as Tim Hynes. He also featured in television series such as Matlock Police, Number 96 and The Dismissal. Thomas died in Sydney on 19 December 1984.
