Biography
Alan McSheehy is a cinematographer and director of photography based in Glasgow. He has worked extensively in Scottish television, serving as director of photography on the first series of the BBC Scotland sketch show Burnistoun (2010).
His other credits as cinematographer or director of photography include Limmy's Show! (2009–2012), Hedz (2007–2011), River City (2015–2016), Port (2015–2018) and Princess Mirror-Belle (2021–2022). Earlier in his career he worked in the camera department on Dear Frankie (2004) and as focus puller on The Acid House (1998). He has also contributed to Outlander (2014).
