Biography
Albert Höcht (1906–1992) was a German cinematographer and mountaineer from Munich.
He worked as a cameraman on Leni Riefenstahl's Olympia Part One: Festival of the Nations (1938). Other credits include Der Dämon des Himalaya (1935) and Der Feuerteufel (1940).
In 1934 he took part in the International Himalaya Expedition to the Karakoram, where he and Hans Ertl made the first ascent of Sia Kangri.
