Biography
Alden Derck is an American writer and comedian. He was born on 4 August 1993 in Durango, Colorado, and studied writing for screen and television at the University of Southern California, graduating in 2015.
He worked as a story editor on the YouTube series 101 Ways to Get Rejected and held production and assistant roles on The Mindy Project and Champions. In 2017 he joined the production staff of the series Crazy Ex-Girlfriend as a writers' production assistant and later received writing credits on two episodes, including "I'm On My Own Path" (2018). He has also written for other projects including Student Bodies and appeared as an actor in Crazy Ex-Girlfriend.
