Biography

Alex Esmail (born 18 July 1993) is a British actor. He made his screen debut playing Pest in the 2011 science-fiction comedy Attack the Block.

Subsequent credits include the films Payback Season (2012), Strippers vs Werewolves (2012) and Northern Soul (2014), and television appearances in Casualty (2012) and Switch (2012). The Attack the Block ensemble, including Esmail, was nominated for Best Ensemble at the 2012 Black Reel Awards. He is also a former wrestler.
