Biography
Alexandre Goyette is a Canadian actor and writer from Quebec. Born in Montreal on 11 April 1979, he trained at Collège André-Grasset and the theatre school of Cégep de Saint-Hyacinthe.
He is best known for his role as Patrick in Xavier Dolan's Mommy (2014) and for writing and starring in the 2016 film adaptation of his one-man stage play King Dave. Other screen credits include Laurence Anyways (2012), Seven Days (2010) and The Guide to the Perfect Family (2021).
Goyette has also appeared in numerous Quebec television series and maintains an active stage career.
