Biography
Alice Barry is an English actress. She grew up in Burnley, Lancashire, and came to acting later in life after working as an extra.
Her first regular television role was as Peggy Hargreaves in Clocking Off (2000–2002). She also appeared in Peter Kay's Phoenix Nights and Bob & Rose. Barry is best known for playing Lillian Tyler in the Channel 4 series Shameless (2004–2013). She later guest-starred as Maureen in Benidorm (2014) and appeared in Scarborough (2019) as Mrs Bell, among other television roles.
