Biography
Alison Routledge is a New Zealand actress. She is best known for playing Joanne in the 1985 science fiction film The Quiet Earth.
Born on 29 April 1960, Routledge moved to New Zealand as a teenager. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in German from Victoria University of Wellington and graduated from Toi Whakaari: New Zealand Drama School in 1982. Her other screen credits include Bridge to Nowhere (1986), The Returning (1990), Rain (2001) and the short film Nothing Special (2005). She also presented the children's nature series Wildtrack.
