Biography
Allen Baron (born 14 April 1927) is an American film and television director, writer and actor. He studied illustration at the School of Visual Arts in New York and worked as a cartoonist before taking acting classes and entering film work.
Baron wrote, directed and starred in the 1961 film noir Blast of Silence. He later directed feature films including Terror in the City (1964), Outside In (1972) and Foxfire Light (1982). His television credits as director include episodes of Charlie's Angels (1976–1980), The Love Boat (1977–1980), Cagney & Lacey (1985) and other series.
