Biography
Alona Tal is an Israeli actress and singer. Born in Herzliya, she trained in theatre at the Thelma Yellin High School of the Arts in Givatayim and served in the Israeli Defense Forces before beginning her career in Israel with roles in film and television from 2003.
She is known for her performances as Meg Manning in Veronica Mars (2004–2006), Jo Harvelle in Supernatural (2005–2010), Stella Baxter in SEAL Team (2017–2024), and Julia Schneider in The Spy (2019). Other credits include recurring roles in Burn Notice (2013) and Hand of God (2014–2017), and appearances in Broken City (2013) and Cross (2024–).
Tal has also worked as a singer, collaborating with artists including Wyclef Jean. She is married to actor Marcos A. Ferraez.
