Biography
Amy Gledhill is a British stand-up comedian and actress from Hull, East Yorkshire. She was born on 3 November 1987 in Kingston upon Hull. She began her career in sketch groups in the north of England and performs both solo and as half of the double act The Delightful Sausage with Chris Cantrill.
Gledhill has received multiple Edinburgh Comedy Award nominations, winning Best Show in 2024 for her solo performance. Her television acting credits include the role of Lesley in the BBC Two series Alma's Not Normal (2021–2024) and Ruby Todd in the Netflix series Run Away (2026). She has also appeared as a contestant on Taskmaster (2026) and as a guest on panel shows including Would I Lie to You?.
