Biography
Andrew Erwin is an American film director, producer and screenwriter. He works with his younger brother Jon as the Erwin Brothers, specialising in faith-based feature films.
The brothers began their careers in Birmingham, Alabama, working as camera operators for ESPN before founding a production company in 2002 that made music videos and documentaries. They moved into feature films with October Baby (2011) and went on to direct Moms' Night Out (2014), Woodlawn (2015), I Can Only Imagine (2018), I Still Believe (2020) and American Underdog (2021). They co-founded Kingdom Story Company in 2019.
Erwin is credited as a producer on the 2026 historical drama Young Washington.
