Biography
Andris Keišs is a Latvian actor born on 26 November 1974 in Jelgava. In the theatre he has appeared in several plays directed by Alvis Hermanis and Māra Ķimele, and he has also acted in numerous films.
In 2005 he received the Union of Latvian Theatre Workers best actor award. He has won the Lielais Kristaps award four times (2000, 2012, 2015 and 2016), more than any other actor.
He is known for his role as Anton in the 2017 film Loveless, as Ulups in The Pagan King (2018), and for appearances in other Latvian and international productions including Return of Sergeant Lapins (2010).
