Biography
Andy Hull is an American singer, guitarist and songwriter, best known as the lead vocalist and primary songwriter of the indie rock band Manchester Orchestra. He was born John Andrew Hull on 7 November 1986 in Atlanta, Georgia.
Hull also maintains side projects including Right Away, Great Captain! and Bad Books, the latter co-founded with Kevin Devine. He is co-president of the band's label, Favorite Gentlemen Recordings.
In 2016, Hull and bandmate Robert McDowell composed the vocal-only soundtrack for the film Swiss Army Man, in which Hull also appeared in a cameo role as the Cameraman.
