Biography
Angela Clarke is an English actress and writer. Born in 1969 in Liverpool, she has appeared in numerous British television series and films.
Her screen credits include the role of Kitty in the 1995 film Land and Freedom, Tara Holdsworth in the 1994 series A Touch of Frost, and Colette Daly in Soldier Soldier (1994–1995). Other television work encompasses Brookside, Coronation Street, The Bill, Casualty and Liverpool 1. Film roles include parts in Letter to Brezhnev (1985), Blonde Fist (1991), Dancin' Thru the Dark (1990) and Bernard and the Genie (1991).
Clarke is the younger sister of actress Margi Clarke and screenwriter Frank Clarke. She has also written for television, including the BBC1 sitcom Eyes Down (2003–2004).
