Biography
Angela Kinsey is an American actress. She was born on 25 June 1971 in Lafayette, Louisiana, and raised from the age of two in Jakarta, Indonesia, where her father worked as a drilling engineer. She attended the Jakarta Intercultural School and learned Indonesian before her family returned to the United States and settled in Archer City, Texas.
Kinsey graduated from Baylor University in 1993 with a degree in English. She began her career in commercials and made her television debut in Step by Step (1991). Her breakthrough role was as Angela Martin in the sitcom The Office (2005–2013). She has also appeared in Tall Girl (2019), Never Have I Ever (2020) and as Wilma in Nimrods (2025).
