Biography
Angela McEwan was an American actress. She played Peg Nagy in Alexander Payne's Nebraska (2013) and appeared in television series including Parks and Recreation, New Girl and Getting On.
Born in Santa Monica, California, on 23 April 1934, she studied acting at Los Angeles City College and UCLA, where she met her husband, Guillermo McEwan. After working for many years as a Spanish interpreter in criminal court, she resumed acting professionally in her seventies following his death in 2009.
McEwan died in Long Beach, California, on 20 December 2015.
