Biography
Anita Brandt-Burgoyne is an American film editor. She graduated from the University of Southern California Film School in 1980 and is the daughter of editor Byron "Buzz" Brandt.
She began working in editing in the early 1980s as an apprentice and assistant editor before taking full editor credits from the mid-1990s. Her feature credits include Good Burger (1997), Legally Blonde (2001), Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen (2004), My Sassy Girl (2008), Falling Inn Love (2019), After We Collided (2020) and Honor Society (2022). She has also edited television series and films.
Brandt-Burgoyne has been nominated twice for American Cinema Editors Eddie Awards and once for a Primetime Emmy Award. She is a member of the American Cinema Editors.
