Biography
Ann-Carolin Biesenbach is a German film and television editor, also credited as Carolin Biesenbach or Caro Biesenbach. She studied editing at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg and has worked in the industry since 1997, beginning with music videos, advertising and documentaries before moving into feature films and series.
She edited episodes of the Netflix series Dark (2020) and We Are the Wave (2019), and served as editor on the feature The Titan (2018). Other credits include Cassandra (2025), Kitz (2021) and Wild Republic (2021), where she worked as supervising editor on some projects. Earlier in her career she was an assistant editor on Snowden (2016).
Biesenbach has taught editing at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg since 2006 and held a teaching post at the HFF München.
