Biography
Anna Rust is an English actress and filmmaker. She made her screen debut as a child in the 2002 ITV miniseries Doctor Zhivago and appeared in the 2005 film The Brothers Grimm.
She trained at Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. Later credits include Crossing Lines (2013), Legends (2015) as Khava Bazaeva, Interlude in Prague (2017), Ophelia (2018) as Young Mechtild, Carnival Row (2019) as Fleury, and Scenes from a Marriage (2021) as Veronica. She also voiced characters in several video games.
In 2021 Rust wrote, directed and starred in the short film Satiety, which won multiple festival awards including Best Actress at the Venice Short Film Festival.
