Biography
Anna Waronker is an American composer, singer-songwriter and producer. Born in Los Angeles in 1972, she is best known as the frontwoman of the indie rock band That Dog, which released several albums in the 1990s. She has worked extensively in film and television scoring, often collaborating with composer Craig Wedren.
Waronker composed the score for the Showtime series Yellowjackets (2021–), sharing credit with Wedren and co-writing the main title theme “No Return”, which earned them a Hollywood Music in Media Award. Her other television credits include the main title theme for School Spirits (2023) and music for Call Me Kat (2021) and Santa Inc. (2021). She has also contributed songs and scores to films such as Josie and the Pussycats (2001).
