Biography
Annet Mahendru, also credited as Anita Devi Mahendru, is an American actress. She is known for playing Nina Sergeevna Krilova in the FX series The Americans (2013–2016), a role that earned her a Critics' Choice Television Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress in a Drama Series in 2014.
She was born in Kabul, Afghanistan, to a Russian mother and an Indian father. Mahendru attended St. John’s University in New York. She is fluent in English, German, Russian and Persian, and speaks conversational French and Hindi.
Mahendru has appeared in episodes of series including Grey's Anatomy, The Blacklist, The X-Files, 2 Broke Girls, White Collar and Lethal Weapon. She played Jennifer "Huck" Mallick in the AMC series The Walking Dead: World Beyond (2020) and voiced Eva in the animated film Penguins of Madagascar (2014). She is married to Australian filmmaker Louie Gibson.
