Biography
Anthony Q. Farrell is a Canadian writer, producer and director. Born on 13 May 1977 in Toronto, Ontario, he started in theatre and stand-up before moving into television.
He wrote episodes for the NBC series The Office (2005), including "Employee Transfer" (2008) and "Casual Friday" (2009). He served as executive story editor on Little Mosque on the Prairie and wrote for The Thundermans.
Farrell created and showran Overlord and the Underwoods (2021) and Shelved (2023). He was named Showrunner of the Year by the Writers Guild of Canada in 2022.
