Biography
Antonella Costa is an Italian-Argentine actress. Born on 19 March 1980 in Rome, Italy, she moved with her family to Argentina at the age of four and is primarily known for her work in Argentine cinema and television.
She began her film career at the age of 18 with a role in Garage Olimpo (1999). Costa is also recognised for her performances in The Motorcycle Diaries (2004) as Silvia, Don't Look Down (2008) as Elvira, and Absent (2011) as Mariana, as well as the television series Epitaphs (2004). She has appeared in films and series across several countries.
Her maternal aunt-grandmother was the actress Niní Marshall. Costa started acting in theatre as a child and later trained formally.
