Biography
Archie Barnes is an English actor born in 2006 in London. He began his career as a child actor with a stage debut in the 2016 production of Bugsy Malone at the Lyric Theatre, Hammersmith, followed by a role in All My Sons at the Old Vic in 2019.
His feature film debut came in the 2018 comedy Patrick as Zachary. He gained prominence for portraying Robert Pretty in the 2021 biographical drama The Dig. Subsequent film and television roles include Mitchell's son in The Batman (2022), Matthew Stonehouse in the 2023 miniseries Stonehouse, Albert in Dune: Prophecy (2024), and Oscar Tully in House of the Dragon (2024–). He is the son of actress Helena Calvert.
