Biography
Ario Sagantoro is an Indonesian film producer and actor. He began his career as an actor in the 1980s, appearing in the television series ACI, before working in commercials and directing television advertisements for brands including LG Electronics, McDonald's and Mitsubishi.
Sagantoro made his debut as a producer with Merantau (2009). He subsequently produced The Raid (2011) and The Raid 2 (2014). Later credits include the television film Heaven and Hell (2018), Zharfa (2019) as associate producer, Dadu (2024) as producer and writer, and Lift (2026) as co-producer.
