Biography
Armande Boulanger is a French actress born on 24 March 1997 in Paris. She began her career in the theatre at the age of nine, appearing in a production of Le Petit Prince directed by Virgil Tănase. She studied at the collège Rognoni and completed a baccalauréat littéraire with a theatre option at the lycée Victor Hugo.
Boulanger made her screen debut in the 2013 film The Scapegoat (Au bonheur des ogres) as Thérèse. She gained wider recognition for her role as Violette in La Pièce manquante (2014), for which she was named among the Révélations by the Académie des arts et techniques du cinéma in 2015. Her credits include the television series The Returned (Les Revenants, 2015) as Audrey Sabatini, Conviction (Une intime conviction, 2019) as Clémence Viguier, Portrait of a Lady on Fire (2019) as L'élève atelier, and Eiffel (2021) as Claire Eiffel. She has also directed and written short films.
