Biography
Art Eisenson is an American television writer. His credits include an episode of the series Kojak (1978), thirteen episodes of the miniseries The Gangster Chronicles (1981), and episodes of What Really Happened to the Class of '65? (1978) and Eischied (1980). He also wrote the teleplay for the television film Beggarman, Thief (1979).
Eisenson holds a BA in English and Comparative Literature from Columbia University (1963) and two MAs from Stanford University (1966 and 1970). He was a Screenwriting Fellow at the American Film Institute in 1973. He has worked as a story editor on series including Shannon and High Mountain Rangers, and has been active in the Writers Guild of America.
