Biography
Arthur Burghardt is an American actor. His first film role was as Great Ahmed Kahn in Network (1976). He is known for his work in soap operas and animation, including the role of Dr Jack Scott in One Life to Live (1978–1980).
Burghardt has provided voice work for numerous animated series and films. Notable credits include Devastator in The Transformers (1984) and The Transformers: The Movie (1986), as well as Destro, Stalker and Iceberg in G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero (1985–1986). He also voiced characters in The Real Ghostbusters, Aaahh!!! Real Monsters and Disney projects such as The Prince and the Pauper (1990). His career spanned live-action television appearances and video game roles until around 2010.
