Biography
Arthur H. Singer was an American television producer, writer and story editor active from the 1950s to the 1970s.
He served as story consultant on the third season of Star Trek (1966), editing or rewriting 23 of the season's 24 episodes. He received a teleplay credit for the final episode, "Turnabout Intruder", based on a story by Gene Roddenberry.
Earlier, he produced the series Decoy (1957–1958). Later credits include executive story editor on Hawaii Five-O and writing for Judd for the Defense, Then Came Bronson and The Evil Touch. He was married to Mary Tarcai.
