Artt Butler is an American voice actor. Born Arthur M. Butler on 13 October 1969 in Los Angeles County, California, he began working in the voice-over industry in the early 1990s as a booth director at a talent agency before transitioning to voice acting in 2008.

He is known for roles including Captain Ackbar in Star Wars: The Clone Wars (2011), Rafael Diaz in Star vs. the Forces of Evil (2015–2019), the Text Voice in Her (2013), and Shang Tsung in the Mortal Kombat Legends animated films (2020–2022). Butler has also voiced characters in Over the Moon (2020) and Ultraman: Rising (2024).
