Biography
Arttu Kapulainen is a Finnish actor. He was born on 18 March 1981 in Helsinki and is the son of actress Leena Uotila and playwright Henri Kapulainen. His grandfather Erkki Uotila was also an actor.
Kapulainen began acting as a child and received the Jussi Award for best debut for his performance in the 1996 film Tomas. He graduated from the Theatre Academy Helsinki (Teatterikorkeakoulu) with a master's degree in theatre arts in 2011.
His credits include The Tough Ones (1999) as Roope Karhu, Ambush (1999) as Private Ville Snicker, Bad Boys: A True Story (2003) as Timo, Unknown Soldier (2017) as Susi, Deadwind (2018) as Mantila, Bordertown: The Mural Murders (2021) as Tuomari Henri Tervamaa and Sisu (2022) as Rower.
