Biography
Ashley Barron ACS is a cinematographer and director of photography. She trained at the American Film Institute Conservatory, where she was one of 28 selected cinematographers worldwide. In 2018 she became one of 15 women to receive accreditation from the Australian Cinematographers' Society.
Her credits include director of photography on the series Rivals (2024), The Tower (2021), Dangerous Liaisons (2022), All Creatures Great & Small series 2 (2021) and The Tailings (2021). She has received awards including a Gold Award from the Australian Cinematographers' Society and an AACTA Award.
