Biography
Atul Gogavale is an Indian music composer and one half of the composer duo Ajay–Atul, alongside his brother Ajay Ashok Gogavale. The pair began their careers composing jingles and advertisements before moving into plays, private albums and film scores.
They are known for their work on Hindi and Marathi films including Singham (2011), Agneepath (2012), PK (2014), Sairat (2016), Tumbbad (2018) and Super 30 (2019). In 2008 the duo received the National Film Award for Best Music Direction for the Marathi film Jogwa. They have also won multiple Filmfare Awards Marathi and other industry honours.
