Biography
August Hall is a production designer and concept artist working in animation. He is credited as one of the production designers on the stop-motion feature The Boxtrolls (2014), produced by Laika.
Hall also worked as a concept designer on Kubo and the Two Strings (2016) and as art director on the animated series Eyes of Wakanda (2025). His earlier credits include various visual development and illustration roles on films such as Scoob! (2020), Legends of Oz: Dorothy's Return (2013) and Monster House (2006).
