Biography
Avantika Vandanapu, also credited as Avantika, is an American actress and dancer. She was born on 25 January 2005 in Union City, California, to a Telugu family. She began her career as a child actor in Telugu cinema, appearing in films including Brahmotsavam (2016). She placed second in the Zee TV reality show Dance India Dance Lil Masters North America.
In 2021 she starred as the lead in the Disney Channel Original Movie Spin. Subsequent roles include Senior Year (2022), Mean Girls (2024) as Karen Shetty, and Tarot (2024). She attends Columbia University.
