Biography
Bamar Kane, also credited as Pape Bamar Kane, is a Senegalese actor based in Paris. Born in Dakar in 1991, he began his screen career with a voice role as a Tirailleur Sénégalais in the 2020 animated film Josep.
He gained wider recognition for supporting parts in Tirailleurs (2022, released as Father & Soldier in some markets) as Salif, Io Capitano (2023) as Bouba, and the Netflix series Reign Supreme (2022) as Webo. Subsequent credits include Eric (2024) as Yuusuf and No Chains, No Masters (2024) as Gaoussou. Kane has also worked as a writer and director on short films.
