Biography
Barbara Peeters is an American director and screenwriter of film and television. She began her career in the late 1960s working in various roles on low-budget productions before directing features such as Bury Me an Angel (1971), Summer School Teachers (1975), Starhops (1978) and Humanoids from the Deep (1980).
Peeters collaborated with producer Roger Corman on several films. She later directed episodes of television series including Cagney & Lacey (1983), Remington Steele, Falcon Crest and others. In the 1990s she established Silver Foxx Films; she moved to Oregon in 2008 and has focused on commercials and documentary development.
