Biography
Barry B. Leirer is a film and television editor. He was born on 26 November 1942.
Leirer worked as an assistant editor on Up in Smoke (1978) and The Pope of Greenwich Village (1984). He later edited the feature Lock Up (1989) and The Distinguished Gentleman (1992).
His television credits include editing episodes of Miami Vice (1984), Knight Rider 2000 (1991), Nash Bridges (1996–2001, 44 episodes), The District (2001–2004, 28 episodes) and CSI: NY (2004–2009, 38 episodes).
