Biography
Battle Davis (1952–1994) was an American film editor. He began his career as an assistant editor in the late 1970s and worked as an independent editor from 1980 onwards.
His credits include The Ninth Configuration (1980), ...All the Marbles (1981, as assistant editor), The Natural (1984, additional editor), Elvira: Mistress of the Dark (1988), Awakenings (1990), Frankie and Johnny (1991), Lethal Weapon 3 (1992) and Renaissance Man (1994). He also wrote an episode of the television series Tales from the Crypt in 1989.
